Right now, talking about back problems, sciatic nerve pain, lumbar pain.
A lot of people go to the chiropractor all the time.
People get massages.
They got back problems left and right.
So we're talking about all the different details based around that,
the information that's critical for people who have back problems.
So I'm excited to be here, you guys.
We're live right now on IG, live on TikTok, live on Telegram.
And you see my dummies here with me, okay?
So we can talk about that as well.
We can talk about the lower back.
So that's great.
Good to see you guys.
happy to be here happy to be helpful in any way so what happens is when people have a back problem
right it can either clear up quick or get worse or waffle in between oh my back's acting acting
up oh my back's acting up again my back's not so great today well was actually better last month
but it's worse now and what they don't realize they're just waffling back and forth with
inflammation, but there's a reason for that inflammation that's in people's backs. So it
comes down to sciatic nerve pain, the lower lumbar can get inflamed. And that's what goes on.
Sciatic nerves get inflamed, tibial nerves get inflamed, all these nerves get inflamed.
So let's go into it a little bit. If we have a pinched nerve, right? It doesn't mean we're going
to be in a lot of pain. People walk around, they live their lives with a pinched nerve. They don't
even feel it. They don't feel any pain whatsoever. No problems at all. And then the same pinched
nerve that one person has, another person can have, but they're in severe pain. They can't walk.
They're in agony. They're on painkillers. They're on all kinds of different anti-inflammatories.
They're getting shots injected in them, all of that, right? So we're talking about back problems,
talking about the lumbar, talking about lower back problems. Something to know is that when
nerves get pinched or nerves get frayed or weakened, right? When they get frayed or weakened,
it's opportunity for a low-grade viral infection nobody knows about. That opportunity is the
shingles virus. So the shingles virus, shingles virus is a big problem for people. It's one of
the biggest issues people are up against with lower back problems, sciatic nerve pain, back
pain that's mysterious. It's a shingles virus. A lot of people with back problems end up with
shingles rashes at one point in their life. They can have a shingle rash 10 years ago and don't
know it, but the shingles virus is still in the vicinity of this lower area, okay? Still in the
vicinity, still on the sciatic nerve, still in the area, and then it pops up and we end up with
problems. Lorraine L., good to see you. It's a great subject. Amazing, right? Is most back pain
shingles. Is most back pain shingles? I saw somebody say that or asked that. Yes, mysterious
back pain. Yes, shingles. That's what it is. It's viral inflammation of the back nerves.
That's important to know. So here's how it works. You can get a back injury, not know it,
and live with it for years.
Not see a chiropractor,
not ever get anything done with it,
and you have this back injury for years,
but you don't know what's injured.
People injure their backs over and over again,
lifting up heavy things, right?
Being athletic, right?
Sports injuries,
but not know they have an injured back
because they don't have any pain.
And then one day,
they got all this pain in their lower back.
They got all this pain in their butt, their pain in their legs, their pain in their piriformis, gluteal nerve, piriformis area, all this pain here.
And they're just like, what's going on?
Because it all depends on that low-grade viral inflammation that arises.
So you can have this back injury.
You can have bulging discs.
I've seen some of the worst back problems with people where the discs are all bulging and chewed up.
I've talked to a lot of chiropractors over the years.
I've talked to a lot of doctors over the years.
And I've seen a lot of chewed up backs out there.
I've seen a lot of x-rays from a lot of doctors sending me x-rays.
And I've seen a lot of people throughout the years and talked to a lot of physicians about back issues and all that.
And what I've seen is people having really, really chewed up backs, bulging discs, degenerative disease, disc disease, and they're not in a lot of pain.
And then there's that somebody that has a pretty good back or the back doesn't look bad at all.
And everything looks good in there.
No pinched nerves, no nothing, no degenerative disc problems, no spinal stenosis, nothing going on.
And their back is killing them, literally killing them.
They can't walk good.
They're having problems.
They have doctors saying, well, you know what?
One foot's shorter than the other.
You're one of those patients where one leg is shorter than the other leg by a millimeter.
We think that's your whole problem because you're walking along.
You're walking along and you're off balance.
So you're putting pressure on your lower back because you're walking around, right?
That's what happens.
So we're going to make a shoe.
We're going to make a shoe that has a little bit of a lift in the shoe.
So orthopedic shoe.
We're going to, you know, orthopedic insert into your shoe, right?
And that's what a lot of people go through.
but that's there's people out there and their legs are not the same they're not perfectly
extended out in the same measurement where they're off a lot of people are off and they're
not having any back problems whatsoever and they can go through a lifetime you can be 85 years old
and have one foot right one your leg extends out an inch longer than the other one or an inch
shorter than the other one and you're living your life like that not have a problem it all depends
on the viral inflammation. And that's the big key. And people don't realize it. You want to get back
problems to go away. You've got to get the viral inflammation down. If you have a real, real serious
back problem or back injury, and you have to get back surgery, you want that surgery to take.
Like you want that surgery to actually like really take. You want it to lock in if you ever have to
get a back surgery. So if someone does get a back surgery, you want the problem fixed when they get
the back surgery. That's what you want. But I always teach doctors to not jump into back surgery
right away for a lot of people, to not jump into back surgery. Because when you jump into back
surgery, but you don't get the inflammation down, then it means another back surgery and another
back surgery. And then it means opioids. And then it means painkillers for years. And then now you're
just addicted to a lot of painkillers and that really stinks for a lot of people. So I always,
when I talk to doctors and teach doctors, I'm always like, look, here's what you've got to do.
Let's get the inflammation down with your patient. And if we can get the inflammation down with your
patient, then we can see where they really stand. How bad is that back injury? How much is that
disc bulging out? Is the disc slipped? Is there something going on? We're in critical crisis.
And a lot of times when you get down that inflammation of the lower spine, you get it down, right?
All of a sudden, the people are getting better.
They're getting better.
They're getting better.
And they avoid back surgery.
So then that person actually avoids back surgery.
We're going to talk about body pain, too, for a few minutes.
We're going to talk about different neck pain and body pain and everything else.
We'll cover all that as well.
I think it's important to cover all these different aspects of it.
So, yeah, painkillers suck, and a lot of people end up on them, and it's not their fault.
And they end up on a lot of painkillers because their body's hurting so bad, so their body's actually hurting so bad, they can't escape it.
So many people can't escape it.
So let's talk about it a little bit.
What I recommend doctors all the time with their patients and chiropractors with their patients is you kind of learn the history of that patient, okay?
How it started.
You know what happened right? Did they have moments where it wasn't so bad and then it got really bad all these things play a role into learning if it's viral inflammation to learn if it's actual like viral inflammation. So let's go into that a little bit.
A shingles bug, a shingles bug, right?
That's the sciatic nerve bug right there.
That's the one right there.
Herpes simplex two, herpes simplex one and two.
So herpes simplex can also affect sciatic nerve, but shingles is the big one.
That's the big one.
So the shingles virus grabs onto root hairs that fray off of that sciatic nerve, off of that tibial nerve, off of the lumbar nerves.
So if you get a pinched nerve, even if it's slightly pinched, you go to your chiropractor and you're like, well, I got a pinched nerve.
My chiropractor says, he says my nerves are pinched.
That means that what happens is these frayed, little tiny frayed root hairs come off the nerve.
these little root hairs, they come off the nerve. That's what happens. And then if your immune
system's low and everybody has shingles viruses in them, they catch them everywhere from public
bathrooms, from relationships, from restaurants, eating in restaurants, you get the shingles
virus that's in your system and it's sitting in your liver and it's dormant. So people don't
realize it, but the shingles virus is in everybody's liver. Some people have one or two varieties.
Some people have three varieties of shingles. They also have the Epstein bar inside the liver,
What happens is as our immune system lowers, the virus can then crank up and proliferate.
When it proliferates, it goes and it literally has a homing signal to look for frayed root hairs.
When it finds a frayed root hair, it clings to that frayed root hair and it holds on to that frayed root hair.
and then that's when it bites and that's when you're being bit you're being bit by the bug
and that bug is grabbing on to that nerve and when that book grabs onto the nerve and now you're
inflamed you guys on tiktok this is good information you guys that just came on tiktok
right now and you guys on ig and telegram i'm talking about lower back pain i'm talking about
sciatic pain sciatic root hair pain what's root hair root hairs come off the sciatic nerve
and then the shingles virus, which is in everybody, clings to, grabs on to that nerve, grabs on to
those root hairs. You ever see a ball of yarn? Have you guys ever seen on TikTok? Have you guys
ever seen a ball of yarn in your life ever? Have you ever had a ball of yarn, right? And you pulled
out like the yarn, right? Okay. And you'll see on the yarn, you'll see all this, these hairs coming
off the yarn, right? Well, that's what happens to our nerves. And so anything going on in the back
of the lumbar, the nerves get frayed and all these root hairs come off the nerves. Talked about this
for years, okay, right? And when those root hair nerves are coming out, the viruses like shingles,
the bugs like shingles grab onto those root hairs. They attach to the root hair coming off the sciatic
nerve. So when they attach to that root here coming off the sciatic nerve, they stay there
and they cling. And when they cling, you get viral inflammation in your lumbar. And now if you have
a ruptured disc, or if you have, right, if you have a bulging disc, protruding disc,
and, or if you have a pinched nerve already in there, it's going to be amplified by a hundred,
amplified by 100.
That's what it's going to be.
So now if you injure your back,
it's so much worse than someone else
that doesn't have the shingles virus
bothering their nerves.
If you injure your back,
it's amplified by 100.
And people don't realize it
because now their sciatic nerve pain
is amplified by so much.
Living's Crunchy with Kate says,
this is so fascinating.
I'm honored to hear it.
Okay.
So then people walk around that.
Now it's another thing too.
Someone who's inflammation.
Yes, the shingles virus is attracted to inflammation.
I just saw somebody mention that.
And that's what happens.
Well, it doesn't get attracted to inflammation.
The shingles virus gets attracted to the root hairs coming off of your sciatic nerve or your lumbar nerve or your pinched nerve or your tibial nerve.
Or your pudendum nerve.
So many people have groin pain.
They have pain in their bladder, pain around their bladder.
That's their pudendal nerve.
The pudendal nerve can get, your pudendum nerve can get inflamed.
Because the root hairs fray off of the nerve.
And then the virus, like shingles virus, a simplex virus, a shingles virus, an epstein-barr virus can cling on to it.
That's how it works.
Now, the most common virus to take people's backs and make them problematic,
so they get the back surgeries, so they're at the chiropractor all the time,
so they're trying to get adjustments all the time, they're getting massaged all the time,
the most common bug is the shingles virus.
Sits there dormant in the liver.
So I'll turn the dummy back around for a second, okay?
Everybody has the shingles virus and guess where it is?
It's right in here.
It's inside the liver.
Stays in there and it builds up over time.
It's strength as we get our immune system knocked down.
So as our immune system gets knocked down,
the shingles virus gets strengthened up is what happens.
And when it gets strengthened up, it eventually leaves the liver.
When it leaves the liver, it's floating around the body.
Now, you have a low-grade viral infection, but you don't feel it yet because it's so low-grade.
And then you injure your back.
Or it looks for another injury somewhere else.
You know, you injure your back.
So now your root hairs and your nerves, they're not protected.
They're not in good shape, right?
A lot of people aren't on the right kind of B12 to keep their nerves strong.
So, anytime I've ever told doctors, you've got to use a nice high dosage of B12 when someone's dealing with low back pain or anything else, or sciatic nerve pain.
Every time they apply that with their patients, they see an improvement because you're actually helping to restore the nerve itself, right?
So, that's the Vimorgie B12.
That's the good stuff.
Getting antivirals is important.
That's the micro-C, right?
Vitamin C is an important one.
Cat's Claw, licorice root, that's an important one, too.
So if you look in the book right here in Your Cleanse to Heal, you'll see protocols for shingles virus.
And so when people apply the protocol for shingles viruses, they're in a lot better shape with their lower back problems.
And that's important to know.
Same thing with frozen shoulder.
Same thing with other problems that shingles causes.
And especially, you know, if shingles causes anything with the pudendal nerve.
So that's important there.
So we'll just run by everybody about some of this a little bit more.
That's the Cleanse and Heal book.
I don't know if you guys have the book.
A lot of you guys have it, right?
$60.99 on Amazon or get it for free at the library.
It's 51% off Amazon right now.
So that's the Cleanse and Heal book.
So let's just get a quick rundown on how this works now, right?
There are people out there walking around with screwed up backs, toasted backs, and they're not feeling any pain.
They've got two bulging discs, three bulging discs, two pinched nerves, fractured vertebrae, and they're walking around.
No pain.
No pain whatsoever.
Just walking around, no pain.
Letting you know.
Millions of people on this planet walk around with screwed up backs and no pain.
Okay?
It all depends, right?
Unless their back is so damaged and they do have pressure on their nerves because it's so damaged.
But there's so many people that when a chiropractor looks at their back, they're like scared for them.
Like, oh my God, your back is trashed.
Or even a doctor looks at an MRI or anything and sees the back and says, oh my God, your back is so bad.
But they're not in pain because they didn't get the viral inflammation.
that's why they didn't get the shingles viral inflammation on the root hairs on the nerves
swelling up the nerves they didn't get it so the nerves aren't swollen up but when those nerves
swell up that's when it all goes awry so let's go into chronic low-grade inflammation a lot of
people walk around with chronic low-grade inflammation from epstein-barr and the shingles
all throughout their body and the shingles being low-grade inflammation throughout the back and in
the hips causes it so you're in pain all the time where it's like you're chronic you're in chronic
pain all the time and then you end up with a fibromyalgia diagnosis MD with spirit Dr. Fon
it's true you can do an MRI of a thousand people and some have horrible looking MRIs but no pain
others with a very minimal herniated disc can be in agony and that's Dr. Fon MD with spirit
Thank you for being on here. Thank you for telling people. I really appreciate it. And that's what happens. And I see it all the time. And the same thing. Someone said some cause during pregnancy. Okay, good point. I've seen in situations where a lot of pregnant moms, right, giving birth, they have the worst back conditions, but they're not in pain, but they'll have these worst back issues, like a lot of back issues.
And then you'll see some moms, it's less back issues, if none at all.
And then they're in all this back pain.
All depends on the viral inflammation in the lumbar, in the lower back.
So that's the whole point right there.
And that's important to know.
You can check out Medical Medium Cleansing here when you get a chance.
You know, you guys on TikTok, check it out when you get a chance too.
And Telegram, if you don't have it, I have a shingles section in here.
And it's about getting that shingles viral inflammation down.
There's a protocol in here.
You know, it's in here for shingles, which is incredible.
You can be somebody where you just try to do the celery juice and you start with that and you're trying to lower your inflammation through the celery juice.
The reason why celery juice even helps anybody, it's anti-pathogenic.
So it's knocking down the viral load and the bacterial load and stuff like that down throughout the body and people start to heal.
That's just one medical medium tool.
There's so many others to make sure when people are really dealing with a lot of back pain and other issues that we have that here.
So I just wanted to run that by you guys.
Some cool stuff about that because people don't realize it, but there's things they can do about their sciatic nerve pain, their back pain, their leg pain.
So this intuitive chiropractic says this information changes lives.
I'm honored to hear.
So check this out, okay?
Someone has pain on their foot.
Let's just say somebody has pain on their foot.
But their back looks okay.
but they have pain on their foot.
They might get a plantar fasciitis diagnosis, right?
Morton's neuroma or some kind of a digititis,
some kind of diagnosis on their foot.
So they get this plantar fasciitis on their foot diagnosis
because they have this foot pain.
But they don't know it.
Even though the back looks good with the MRI or the x-ray,
there's still inflammation you can't see.
And that leads us to another problem.
when everybody's backs look good from the eye at the doctor's office.
But even if it looks good, but yet they're in pain somewhere.
So here's how it works with a sciatic nerve.
You can have a sciatic nerve problem.
You can have a lower lumbar problem.
And it looks fine here, but your foot is killing you.
And then you get a diagnosis of like plantar fasciitis or some other diagnosis.
Or they don't even know why.
They don't even know what's wrong.
They don't even know what's wrong with your foot.
Like, they're just like, well, I don't know why your foot hurts.
We don't know why your foot hurts.
We don't know why your ankle hurts.
Here's another thing.
Everything can look fine enough here by the doctor's eye.
So both x-rays and everything, everything looks fine by the doctor's eye, right?
But yet your calf is hurting you.
Your shin bone is killing you.
Your knee is killing you.
So they're looking at your knee.
They're looking at your shin bone.
They're looking at your foot.
They're looking at the top of your foot.
They're looking at your ankle.
And the problem's here because you have this low-grade viral inflammation right here in the lumbar because of the shingles virus.
And that's how it works.
And a lot of people have that.
Or they'll have problems that show up in the lumbar, but it's still not those problems like Dr. Fond was saying.
Well, he says it's true.
Right?
MD with spirit set that you can have backs right that look chewed up but the person's not in any
pain and then you can have a back that doesn't look chewed up and the person's in tons of pain
the point is is you can have minimal injury to your lower back and maximum inflammatory issues
from your viral load and minimal injury maximum virus minimum injury maximum virus and what
happens is because of that, now you've got your sciatic nerve pain. You can't sit on your wallet.
You can't sit right. You got to get up and adjust yourself. You got to walk around. It hurts to walk
around. Your right leg hurts. Your left leg hurts. Next month, it's your right. Next month, it's your
left leg, and it goes back and forth, and that's what happens to so many people, and that's what
people are up against, right? So one of the things I like, you just added propolis, smart move. You
You know, one of the things that I like is the cold packs on the lumbar.
So I like cold packs on the lumbar.
That's what I tell doctors.
You ask your doctor what's right for you.
But I tell doctors to tell their patients to do the cold packs on the lumbar for 20 minutes.
You know, it's 20 minutes or so or half an hour on the lumbar, a cold pack.
And you get the cold in there.
The cold pack is not antiviral.
The cold pack is forcing the inflammation to come down a little bit,
even though you may still have the viral inflammation there.
And then you can do some warm or some heat to it at times,
or do some heat to it in the morning.
And I tell doctors to tell their patients,
you can do some heat in the morning to your lumbar.
Then you do the cold later on during the day.
You ask your doctor what's right for you.
These things help to control the inflammation
while you're taking action in knocking the virus down
by actually doing things like protocols,
like medical medium protocols,
which you can ask your doctor about.
Herbal Girl says cold packs on the lumbar
even for foot pain.
Yeah, because what happens is
if you have this mysterious foot pain
and it's coming from the sciatic nerve
in the lumbar right here,
your cold pack is here.
The signal is going to your foot
from your inflammation,
from your viral inflammation.
but the problem isn't on the foot.
The problem is here.
So your cold pack is going here is where it is.
And this can change people's lives.
It really does.
Yeah.
My son is listening.
He loves you.
He is 10.
Say hi to Ben.
Hey, Ben.
Join me with me.
I'm honored you're here.
I really am.
So when people have this mysterious foot pain,
they think they need to put the ice on the foot.
Now, it's different if you injure your foot.
That's different if you actually injured your foot.
your foot's inflamed because you injured it. That's different than mysterious foot pain
where nothing's wrong with your foot, right? Shingles virus, right? Priscilla Zouster. Almost
everyone has this in their childhood. Chicken pox, well, that's a mistake that everybody's
being trained to believe is that they're being taught to think that chicken pox is the shingles,
but it's not. They're two different viruses. I talked about that in medical medium books.
they are two different viruses shingles is not the chicken pox the chicken pox is the chicken
pox virus it's a different strain of virus and the shingles is the shingles virus and that kind
of tells you something because medical research and science don't have that right and they've
been teaching that to everybody when the reality is they really are two different viruses it just
tells you they're either lying to you or they just don't know and something got really weird
So anyway, but yes, they're two different viruses.
Shingles is a separate virus from the chickenpox virus.
Exactly.
So we talk about how it works.
So if you have an actual injury to your foot and it's swollen, that's an injury to your foot and it's swollen.
But a lot of people, they don't have anything wrong with their feet and their shins and their ankles.
And they're in pain because there's a signal coming down from their lumbar, from their lower back, down their sciatic nerve,
back down their tibial nerve
and down all the way to their foot
and they need to take care of their lumbar
with a little cold pack,
some heat in the morning,
antiviral protocols,
all this I was talking about.
And it doesn't help if we're really, really acidic, you guys.
It doesn't help if we're really, really, really acidic.

Acidity doesn't help like I was talking about.
So you got to look out when it comes down to acidity.
A lot of people are just filled with acid and that doesn't help either.
But it's critical to get the viral inflammation down.
That's a big part of healing this.
Guys on Telegram, you guys on TikTok, you guys on IG, it's been incredible.
